R&D oriented innovative ventures aged between 0-3 years, which have passed the prototype stage or have reached the incorporation stage.

Make a Project Application open_in_newPrepare your innovative, technological and high commercial potential business idea and your team, if any.
Fill in the application form completely on the Gaziantep Teknopark Portal. Explain your idea, market potential and team.
Present your idea and goals in the preliminary meeting conducted by the Entrepreneurship Office specialists. Revision is requested if necessary.
Make a short presentation (pitching) to the evaluation committee consisting of academicians, mentors and sector professionals. Depending on the committee's decision, an idea development revision may be requested.
Successful entrepreneurs sign a contract and are admitted to the co-working space.
Register on the Gaziantep Teknopark Portal system and enter the details of your R&D project from the 'Incubation Application' tab.
Compliance of the application with the scope of Law No. 4691 is checked. Revision is requested in case of deficiency or correction.
The project proposal is evaluated by expert referees in terms of innovation and R&D. Referees may request additional explanation or correction (revision).
In accordance with the referee reports, the Incubation Evaluation Committee makes the final decision.
For approved projects, an incubation office is allocated, a lease agreement is signed, and the tax exemption process begins.
A Portal account is opened on behalf of the company and at least 1 R&D or Design project is entered into the system with all its technical details.
The project is examined for compliance with the legislation. Revision may be requested for administrative or formal corrections.
Referees, one academician and one sector expert, are appointed. The project is updated in line with the referees' requests for additional info and revision.
Following the referee reports, the Board of Directors meets and approves the admission of the firm to the Technology Development Zone.
The designated R&D office within the zone is rented, the contract is signed, and the company's official branch/headquarters address is moved to Teknopark.
